“Before the training, I didn’t know much about marketing and financial management. Now I work on my accounts daily to know my net profit. During the training, I learnt how to welcome customers in order to keep them loyal. Some of my customers go past other saleswomen and came to buy my produce. This is something I plan on doing by welcoming all customers. With my income, I pay my children’s school fees, health issues and my personal needs.”
