Organizational development is a long-term approach meant to elevate an organization to a higher level of functioning by improving the performance and satisfaction of organization members. CMA is very invested in the growth and development of all its partners, as a result we developed the program STRONG. S.T.R.O.N.G stands for sustainable, transparent, reliant, organised, noteworthy and globally-oriented organisations.

STRONG is aligned with cross-cutting themes and priorities highlighted in the global goals and Africa Agenda 2063 – Integrating organizational strengthening, peer-learning, technical expertise strengthening, networking promotes effectiveness, efficiency and productivity serves progress towards achieving all the development goals.

SDG 16: Towards the promotion of peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, the provision of access to justice for all, and building effective, accountable institutions at all levels.

SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): STRONG brings together parties in towards strengthening organizations. Funding partners including SMC, human resource and expertise from CM/A and other experts who share their knowledge for learning and growth and peer-learning among partner organizations within the CM network and beyond.
