Capacity Strengthening

Strengthening CMA and partner capacities for effective delivery

Children’s Mission Africa strives to build the capacity of its partner’s organizations to strengthen service delivery to families at the community level. All great achievers in the world learn early on in life that as soon as you stop learning, you cease to be the best. At CMA, we have a strong commitment towards become the best at what we do. We are not just interested in a vain notion of beating everyone else, ours is a desire to do everything in our power to provide the highest levels of service to our partners and our beneficiaries. As a result, we continually run in-house programs and participate in external events that help to build our capacity to serve our communities better.

In line with this, it is our stated aim to retain the best talent we can find to help execute our mandate. We are particularly interested in people who have a heart to transform communities and those with a strong Christian background.

In line with our commitment to build our capacity continually to serve our stakeholders effectively, we are keen to collaborate with like-minded organizations through learning experiences to share our expertise and to learn from external experiences.

In line with this, CMA is keen to work with partner organizations to identify growth areas and develop improvement plans to ensure that they continually enhance their capacity for delivery. Our package for organizational capacity strengthening includes:

  • Governance
  • Financial management
  • Resource mobilization
  • Programs monitoring, evaluation and reporting
  • Communication
  • Advocacy

We are open to collaborative efforts with any organization and/or persons that share our values and have an interest in organization capacity development.
